Expert Lecture on Valuation of Enterprise

Department of Commerce, School of Business and Commerce organized an expert lecture on the topic" Valuation of Enterprise" for B. Com. Honors final year students. Mr. Prashant Sipani, CA, was the resource person of the event. The lecture was organized on 29/03/2019.

Mr. Sipani discussed the need and process of valuation of an enterprise. With the help of the live cases, he made the concept clear to the students. He discussed the various methods and the suitability of each method valuation of any business. The session caught the attention of the students as there are recent example of merger of BoB and Dena bank and the possible acquisition of Mindtree and L&T.
