Expert lecture on 'Training and Development of Employees in Banking Sector

The lecture was on 'The practical aspects of training and development of employees in '. The speaker started with a and he explained the identification of training needs in the banking sector. The speaker discussed about the training given to the employees of the banking sector the BBA second semester students. Then the students were informed about the training given in an international bank and the skills that are required in a trainee.

Further, there were questions from the students on how to join a training department in the bank which the speaker. The students demanded another session on the training and highly appreciated the lecture.
