Expert Lecture on Basics of HR Department in Corporate Sector

The Department of Business Administration organized an expert lecture on 28/03/2019. The speaker of this lecture was Mr. Aplav Saxena, Co-Founder Avsar Ventures, Jaipur. He gave an insight on the 'Basics of HR Department in Corporate Sector'.

The lecture was attended by the students of BBA II semester. This lecture was helpful for those who wish to continue their studies in human resource management specialization.

While delivering the lecture he gave an introduction about HR Department in the organization. He also discussed the different types of work done in the HR Department such as recruitment, selection, training and development etc. A practical exercise was conducted related to the topic. The lecture was for one hour. There was a wholehearted participation by the students as they raised many queries related to the HR Department.
