Expert Lecture on Skills required and challenges faced by HR Professionals'

The students of BBA second semester were delivered a lecture by an industry HR expert, entrepreneur and anchor Mr. Aplav Saxena, Co-Founder Avsar Ventures, Jaipur. This lecture laid emphasis on the 'Skills required and challenges faced by HR Professionals'.  The lecture was delivered on 28/ 03/2019. The lecture started with an important note such as jobs available in the HR area in corporate sector. The speaker discussed about the skills required to become human resource manager and to face the competitive arena. The main skills discussed were interpersonal skills that is a strong communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, understanding of the people and balanced behavior with an example of each of these skills. Further, the discussion continued with the challenges that are faced by an HR professionals on short term as well as long term basis.

The students were able to relate the skills that they possess and the skills that are required to become a successful HR professional.
