Department of Business Administration, Manipal University of Jaipur organized a 9 Day Webinar Series under the theme, MUJ Business Fiesta: 'Aligning Industry-Academia Interface' on various domains like Finance, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Training & Development, Portfolio Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from 16th July 2020 to 31st July 2020 with intervening gap. Convener Dr. Ravindra R Kaikini, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration coordinated the Webinar Series.

Various Industry experts, Practicing Chartered Accountants, Management Accountants, Talent/HR Consultants, Trainers and Academicians-Prof. Ashok Sharma, Former President, International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (IFPMM), Vienna, Prof. Y.Shekar, Certified Executive Coach and Digital Technology Expert, CA Sandeep Bhat, Mumbai, Professor Rahul Nabar, IIT Mumbai, CA Kishore Kumble, Bangalore, Dr. K.Sankaran, Director, NITTE, Dr. Sudhir Raj K. Professor of Management and Trainer, Mr. Girish Karnad, former Group Head (HR) Tech.Mahindra and Professor Siddhartha Ghosh, Former Airline Director & Head, United Nations' ICAO-IATA-Government of Dubai deliberated on various themes of the Webinar.

The webinar was inaugurated on 16th July 2020 at 3.00 pm by the Professor (Dr.) Sudhendar Hanumantha Rao, Dean, Faculty of Management and Commerce. Dr. Archana Poonia welcomed and introduced the Guest Speaker while compering the event. Convener Dr. Ravindra R Kaikini briefed the objectives of the Webinar series in his Preface. Dr. Suhasini Verma, HoD, Department of Business Administration and Dr. Teena Shivanani, HoD, Department of Commence expressed their views on the webinar series being held and conveyed their good wishes for a smooth event.

Members of the Faculty-Dr. Bhawna Chahar, Professor Dr. T.K.Jain, Dr. Iti, Dr. Priyanka Sharma, Dr. R.K.Tailor, Dr. Somya Choubey, Professor (Dr.) Gaurav Lodha, Dr. Sonal Sidana, Professor (Dr.) Manvinder Singh Pahwa, Dr. Sourabh Sharma, Dr. Nupur, Dr. Tanushree Sharma, Prof. Savita Panwar, Dr. Birajit Mohanty and other members of the Faculty coordinated the daily events. Besides Faculty Members, Research Scholars, Students of Manipal University Jaipur, Students from other states and special invitees and academicians also actively participated in the webinar. The webinar series brough out various cotemporary concepts for deliberation and added valuable inputs to the domain.
